1. Order Processing & Dispatch

- United States (Tracked Air Express): 7–12 business days via USPS / last-mile courier delivery.
- Canada, UK, Europe & Australia: 8–14 business days via tracked international air mail.

- We want you to experience Live Cozee in your own space risk-free. If you are not 100% in love with your diffuser, projection lamp, or heated recovery device within 30 days of delivery, simply email us for a return or replacement.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event your item arrives damaged in transit or experiences a technical issue, email us a quick photo/video and we will ship a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you—no need to mail back the damaged unit.
